One product to specify, one product to order, no machining for concealed threshold seals, and just one product to fit. Simplicity, at its best. Superior Aesthetics Em-B HUSHfast allows you to use a surface mount drop down acoustic threshold seal without detracting from the aesthetics of the door. It uses the visual space traditionally consumed by the kick plate. Durable The Em-B HUSHfast seal is retracted when the door is opened and prevents the rubber seal dragging on the ground and substantially extends the life of the seal. Quick Installation Em-B HUSHfast is not only perfect for new buildings, but combined with HUSHseal perimeter seals it improves the acoustics of existing buildings in minutes. PRODUCT DETAILS 
INTEGRATED KICK PLATE The Em-B HUSHfast durable aluminium surface protects the surface of the door from damage caused by shoes, trolleys and other heavy equipment. SCREW FIX OPTION The Em-B HUSHfast can be fixed to door using the integrated, high tack, self-adhesive strips. For severe duty applications, anti-tamper screws can be supplied. SELF-LEVELLING DESIGN The action of the door closing will push a button on the Em-B HUSHfast lowering the rubber seal. This incorporates a self levelling mechanism, providing a seal, which is perfect, even if your floor is not. DURABLE RUBBER SEAL The rubber seal not only prevents transmission of unwanted noise, it also prevents leakage of smoke and cold draughts. ACOUSTIC PERFORMANCE Up to 40dB acoustic rating.
