1. DO ECLISSE FRAMES COME SUPPLIED WITH THE DOORS?
Eclisse only manufacture the frames and generally leave the choice of the door to the customer as the frames take most conventional doors including glass doors that have a suitable surround. Eclisse have a limited range of doors available on special order for especially for the doors that are not generally available in the UK such as Fold and Slide and Circular doors. 2. WHAT ARE THE LIMITS ON THE DOOR SIZES?
Our frames are designed to fit around a standard range of Door sizes but non-standard sizes can be manufactured to order. Please contact us with your request. Standard door thickness between 35 and 44mm Max door weight 80 kg, on request special bearings can be supplied that increase the max. door weight to 120kg.
3. WHERE CAN I FIND DOOR FURNITURE TO SUIT?
We can supply a variety of door fittings in various finishes see accessories.
4. DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION?
We normally only supply the frames, these are relatively easy to assemble and install by Builders, Joiners or other competent persons. On occasion we can help you with a fitting service, please contact us.
5. WHAT GUARANTEE DO YOU OFFER?
All Eclisse frames are made from the highest quality materials and warranty problems are extremely rare, however we offer a 12-month guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship for the frame.
6. WHAT ABOUT NON STANDARD DOOR SIZES?
Frames can be manufactured for non-standard sizes to order, please contact us for a quotation.
7. WHAT ABOUT POWERED OPENING/CLOSING?
A power kit can be built into the frame and can be used to automatically open/close both single and double doors. The power kit can be activated by a variety of optional controls including a switch or radar remote control. All activation equipment is supplied as an extra upon request.
8. WHAT IS THE SECURITY PROFILE?
This is an extruded aluminium guide that fits into a routed channel at the bottom of your door that gives an improved sliding action, increased wear resistance and protection against deformation due to humidity.
